to join our service department. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in
diagnosing and repairing a variety of two- and four-cycle engines, and who takes pride
in delivering quality work. We recognize the value of experience and offer competitive

Key Responsibilities
● Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair small engine equipment including mowers, trimmers,
chainsaws, generators, and snowblowers.
● Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, carburetor cleaning, valve
adjustments, and belt replacements.
● Use diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and software to evaluate equipment issues.
● Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer
communications.
● Order and install replacement parts as needed.
● Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
● Provide excellent customer service and occasionally assist customers with basic
questions or equipment demonstrations.
● Train or mentor less-experienced technicians as needed.

Qualifications
● 2+ years of experience as a small engine mechanic or comparable experience
● Familiarity with major brands such as Honda, Kawasaki, Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, Stihl,
Husqvarna, Grasshopper, Hustler
● Certifications from OEMs or technical training programs (preferred but not required).
● Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
● Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
